INDUSTRIAL FIREPROOFING
Donalco has been providing their services to various major industrial clients throughout Canada both in new plant construction and plant maintenance for over 30 years. We have been specializing in the application of proprietary (cementitious) fireproofing to structural steel beams, columns, vessel skirts and tank saddles. We apply fireproofing as a spray application and/or trowel application either in the field or in a shop. We also have extensive experience in the application of concrete fireproofing and have access to Intumescent epoxy fireproof coatings. Finally as a compliment to our business we install cable tray fire protection and firestopping.
As a commitment to safety we are registered in the Partners program and have obtained a certificate of Recognition (COR) since 1993. Hazard assessments and Toolbox Talks are held daily and weekly respectively. All of our key manpower is trained or certified in CSTS, First Aid and WHIMIS. All of our supervisors are trained and certified in incident investigation and we have 3 Peer Safety Auditors on staff. We also retain the services of a Safety Specialist to assist us with our program and any situations that may arise.
We strive to provide our clients with a consistent and high quality service and application. To do so we have developed an extensive in-house quality control program that best suits our work. We are currently in the process of registering with ISO 9002 and are able to grandfather on one of our affiliates if required.
